Didi Targeted by RNC

Dutchess County just became ground zero for determining the future of New York State.

Yesterday, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele outlined his party’s strategy to pour money into Dutchess County and two other counties “because of their competitive state Senate races.”

Clearly our message of creating jobs and reforming Albany is resonating with voters – the GOP is running scared – and they’re going to pour money into this district to try and hold this seat and influence your vote.

According to an article in the NY Daily News the RNC plans to open regional offices and run Victory Committees in six counties in New York State “to help the Republicans regain control of the state Senate

– and the next round of redistricting.” And Dutchess County, 80% of our district, is one of the first counties they’re targeting.

Don’t let them succeed! Join my campaign now with a contribution so we can raise the money we’re going to need to keep Washington outsiders from taking control of our state.

My campaign is well underway – volunteers are out canvassing in all the towns, our website is up and mailings will begin soon. I’m building momentum across the district. Everywhere I go people are

greeting my message of creating good local jobs, reining in property taxes and fighting for ethics reform with newfound hope for a better future.

Don’t let Washington outsiders decide how you’ll be represented in Albany. Add your voice to the thousands of your fellow voters who say it’s time for us to take control of our own future. Join my campaign

now.

The national Republicans have shown us how important they think this race is – now we need you to do the same. Right now we need to raise $50,000 to reach the goal for our first campaign filing deadline on July 11th. I hope I can count on you for $25, $50, $100 or even more if possible. We’ve got to be ready for the outsider led attacks that are sure to be coming.

contribution you can.

This is our moment – don’t let outsiders take it away.
